When I made this account and why: Oh geez, I made this account in 2008. I guess because I wanted a place to share my art and interact with friends.
Amount of watchers: 88 haha.
What I post: I mainly post oc-swaps and other digital things.
Blog posts: I don’t tend to make journals a lot haha, I’m not very sure what to say.
Comments: I tend to comment when I favourite something. I’m also occasionally found on the forums.
Why I chose this username: This name is a corruption of Inky, which is a name I’ve used for gaming in the past. Inky was already taken, but Ikny had a kind of cute ring to it so I went ahead and rolled with it. In the past I was called choc-cheese, a name I made up for a forum when I was about 13 haha. 
Other: I’m on a quest for the ultimate kebab. Every time I have one, I rate it in my head out of ten and try to analyse how close it is to The Perfect Kebab.

Hey! So I've been really enjoying doing sketches for all you lovely people so I'm opening them up to requests to see how I go! I'm expecting they'll be mainly busts, with other amounts of character showing at my whim. No guarantee I'll draw everything that gets requested, but I'm usually not very fussy about who I draw.

Examples of what I've been doing are:

Heya! I got tagged by MaxwellsDeamon and I thought this would be a fun thing to try, I haven't done something like this for aages.

For those tagged, it's not really compulsory, but feel free to do it if you'll find it fun .

Ten Facts About Me:
1. I live in Perth, Western Australia, the second-most isolated capital city after Honolulu, Hawaii. Most of the settlements are on the coast, and there's not much except desert inland.

2. I have a scar on my lip caused by a cat that scratched me when I was about three. Some people have mistaken it for a hanging piece of snot XD. Which I guess makes a good icebreaker.

3. I went to art school and have a Bachelor of Fine Art, but stayed on at my university, working in student services. I'm enjoying my job and slowly getting back into art in my free time. (art school was STRESSFUL and put me off making things for a while).

4. I'm far more illustrative now than I ever was at art school, and I'm hoping to work hard at my skills and go more in that direction rather than conceptual fine art. I'm still considering whether I should go back and do illustration.

5. I REALLY. LOVE. MASS EFFECT.

6. You may also get this one from my gallery, but I also enjoy tabletop RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons. At the moment I'm theoretically a part of a Pathfinder game that's been going on for ages and a monthly-ish Stars Without Number game. I really enjoy being able to draw things from the worlds made by my friends.

9. I have a wide and varied taste in music, but I quite like electronica with fast beats for work to keep me alert. I'm also keen on artists like Cake, Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age at the other end of the spectrum.

1: What is something you haven't drawn in a while and want to revisit in some way?
I'm not sure if this really counts, but it's been a while since I've used watercolour and I've been meaning to give it a go.

2: A medium or style of art you adore but don't even have a clue how to get into? Alt: An art you are into that you wish you knew more similar artists/artisans to relate to.
Vaporwave haha, although I'm not sure if I'd seriously want to make it. I'm also a really love geometric motifs and patterns, but I don't always put it in my own work.

3: If you could/afford/wanted, what body mod option would you like?
An electronic tattoo that you could change or animate at will .

4: A rare/endangered/illegal animal you wish you could own as a pet!
I really like cats, but they aren't exactly endangered. Maybe a friendly dragon if they existed?

5: What is your current "humble goal"?
I'm not super sure how to interpret this one, but I guess

6: Do you have/what is a look you love on other people that you are 100% not into for yourself?
I guess I really like the Scene look on other people, but it's not something I would do myself. I also really like cyberpunk, and I've dabbled a little bit in it.

7: What's a regular life annoyance you deal with that you wish would *just stop* already?
Haha, I don't know if it there's much I can do to stop, but It would be nice if there wasn't peak hour traffic when going to work.

8: Favorite type of weather?
At the moment, I might be a bit biased because summer has just ended, but I really like the first rainy days after summer, it's just a real relief and there's the fresh smell afterwards and during.

9: What's your favorite environment to visit, explore or relax in?
There's a place up North called Coral Bay which I went to with my Dad on a road trip a few years back. It's on a reef so you can go swimming to see the fish or just read. The settlement is very small and friendly.

Ah! One Punch Man is really good! The whole show is about a guy called Saitama who can kill everything with one punch and he's super bored and bummed about it. He's pretty quality, a good egg you might say XD.


 The show has really picked up about the first two or three episodes with quite a lot of silly superheroes who feel more seriously about their professions. It's quite funny, a lot of the humour comes from the contrast between Saitama and literally every other superhero or super villain. The animation is really good, especially in the fight scenes.

So yeah, if you like anime and you'd like to watch a show about one guy outrageously punching other people in the face, I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

I had mixed feeling about the latest episode. I got left with a bad taste in my mouth when an effeminate superhero was being used as a punchline. Still, I'm looking forward to next week's episode, there was a lot of building up to something and I'm keen to see the outcome.
